41-60 => tamasya, keliling dunia, nonton World Cup 2010,
[61-70]=> merasa bodoh sendiri, hidup sebatang kara, & bangkrut (ditipu orang, kalah main saham)

Kesimpulan [61-70]: Supaya tidak mengalami maka harus belajar baik-baik agar bisa MENIPU ORANG.

Smoking is bad

            Nowadays, many young people smoke in the open area, not in the smoking area. The smoke of ciggarete causes pollution. After they smoke, they throw the ciggarete butts to the floor and it becomes rubbish. Smoking is not good for our body & health, it can cause death, cancer, HIV, syphilies, cough, fever, etc.
            Nowadays, not only do adults smoke, but infants, children, teenagers, and old geezers also smoke. The smoke of ciggarete can effect the people who are near them. In some countries smoking is prohibited for people who are under 17, but in Indonesia, it's free, man! So you just need to go to KOPITIAM and buy it. In the ciggarete store there are many items/ accessories for ciggaretes.
For example : 1. Fire lighter => used for lighting the ciggaretes. (difficulty : easy)
                     2.  Fire matches => to lighting the ciggaretes.  (difficulty : normal)
                     3. Ash tray => for the ash from the ciggaretes.
           There are many types of ciggaretes, but there are many people in the world who don't know. The brands of ciggaretes in Indonesia are different, example : Marlboro, Gudang Garam, Djarum Coklat, Mild, Ardatt, L.A light, surya 88, sampoerna, djarum black, sampoerna menthol, djarum kretrek, flat, evolution.

Smoking can be used in many way, examples :
1.When you want to burn something, you can use the fire from the ciggarete.
2. If there is someone who wants to hit you or maybe you hate them, you can use the ash or fire from the ciggarete to thrust their body parts.
3. Smoking makes you more cooler & bastard.
4. If you hate your life you should start smoking at the age of 5(five), so you can die on the short age.
5. You can use ciggarete to burn house, paper, or oil.

            Nowadays, many fire accidents are caused by the fire of ciggaretes, because many people throw their ciggaretes on the floor and then the ciggaretes are blown by the wind so it hit the paper, oil, and boxes. After the ciggaretes hit the easy burning things, the things would be on fire.So it could burn everything, like houses.


So my best opinion is : "Never smoke! Because smoking can make you more cooler & bastard than me."

36 Taekwondo Sparring Technique and Tips

1. Size up your opponent before you engage. If he strikes first then you know he is an offensive fighter. If he waits for your attack then you know he is a defensive fighter.
2. Find out what technique your opponent is good at by giving a fake. If your opponent moves his hands then you know he is a puncher. If your opponent moves his leg then you know right away that he is a kicker.
3. Try to get your opponent to attack first, either by a fake or taunt. You will quickly learn what technique your opponent relies on. (every fighter has their favorite technique) then plan a counter for that attack.
4. Do not telegraph your attack.
5. Never show fear when sparring. Your opponent will sense fear and go on the attack, however, fear also can be used as a fake.
6. When you and your opponent are in hitting range make sure you're legs are never wider than your shoulder width. Wider stands makes your movements slower.
7. Always set up your opponent before you strike. Set up high, strike low. Set up low, strike high. Most experienced fighters will never get hit unless you set them up.
8. Always relax the body before you strike. Tension slows down attacks. Visualize a snake attacking it's prey. Calm, relaxed, then strike with lightening speed.
9. Close the gap between your thought and action. Don't think too long or the opportunity is lost.
10. The moment to strike an opponent is when he is about to launch an attack or as he is landing from his attack.
11. Jabs and back knuckles are the fastest weapon for your hands which is done with the lead hand. Also practice round house and side kicks like a jab with the lead leg to set up or jam oncoming opponent.
12. Always remember when your opponent attacks -- a part of their body will be exposed for counter. This applies to your counter as well.
13. If you are constantly clashing with your opponent then you must work on timing. If you don't understand timing then go back to rule #10.
14. Focus on the target in your mind without looking at the target.
15. Don't kick just to be kicking. Let each technique have a purpose rather than kicking or punching for the sake of just sparring.
16. Don't block unnecessary attacks.
17. Pace your energy, kicking takes more energy than hands so use it sparingly.
18. If your opponent is good with sliding kicks then the time to attack is when his feet comes together right before he tries to launch a kick.
19. If your opponent has a great counter back kick with his right leg and you also fight with right leg back then you must switch your fighting stands with left leg back instead of right, this way you can move away faster and not walk into his back kick.
20. Watch your opponents body movement, not just their eyes. Experienced fighters do not show emotion so you must focus on their whole body.
21. Use back knuckle to set up opponent or to cover their vision.
22. Don't turn your back on an opponent.
23. Don't try to score on the first attack. Have in mind to set up and score on the 2nd or the 3rd attack.
24. The most common technique used in sparring is round house kick. Learn various counter for the round house kick. Such as back kicks and spin heel kick.
25. When cornered, jam your opponent's attack before they can fully extend their leg or hand and slip out to the side.
26. Every attack has a counter so learn them. You learned that playing rock, paper, scissors as a kid.
27. If you get hit, never lose your temper and go after your opponent, your rage will make you more venerable for a counter attack.
28. When fighting a defensive fighter, you must use fakes to open them up before attacking.
29. Learn to side step when kicking in close distance.
30. Do not use high jump kicks for sparring. Low jump kicks are okay at a higher level.
31. Do not back up straight against a combination attack, move side ways or jam them before they can launch their attack.
32. When you attack there must be no doubt or hesitation, you must commit otherwise you are open to counter attack.
33. Do not always try to beat your opponent in the first round, especially if they are bigger. Cover up well, make them move, get them tired then move in.
34. Never under estimate your opponent.
35. No one person fights the same. Quickly adopt and assess opponent's weakness.
36. Sparring has 3 principles. RELEASE energy. RESERVE energy and REGENERATE energy.

MY DREAM GIRL

The girl of my dreams has clever red hair scented like computers. Her eyes are like two wise pools of aqua. And her lips remind me of brave games. Her skin is as smooth and lovely as a polite water bottle, and she has a figure like Winata. When she enters a room, people always stare at her and say " ZOO WEE MAMA!!" What a cute woman!" Her sense of humor is always kind, and people marvel at her beautiful vocabulary. In my dreams I see her wearing a handsome dress and a diamond car in her hair. I would gladly give up all my houses for one evening with this fast female. Her name is Kiririn.

Winata,Jeffrey,Adika,Benny,Michael Fiction Story

Pada suatu hari ada seorang Maho ceria yang masih single,dia ketemu adika di HOTEL tapi janjian di kamar Benny,Maho menarik adika ke Toilet ternyata mau tanya kamar Benny,si Maho diperkosa oleh Adika dan diperkosa lagi oleh Winata lalu Winata tidak jadi memerkosa tapi Adika tetap ingin memerkosanya akhirnya Michael diperkosa oleh Maho dan Adika memulai 2nd round tetapi Michael berhasil menghindari,Maho malahannya diperkosa ma segerombolan teroris.Segerombolan lebih nafsu sama Maho tetapi terorisnya malahan lari histeris,akhirny si Jeffrey berubah menjadi Gay diikuti dengan Benny bersama Adika lalu mereka menjadi segerombolan group dan group itu bernama TheGayLovers. Group tersebut dipimpin oleh Jeffrey beserta pasukannya Benny dan Adika. Pada suatu hari ketiga pejuang sedang bertarung dengan jurus mahonya si Jeffrey tiba" guling" di diatas tubuh Adika lalu Benny lari terbirit" meninggalkan Adika sendiri akhirnya Jeffrey menjadi normal kembali,Benny juga kembali normal dan si Adikalah yang makin menggila homonya dan Adika mencapai napsu tertingginya akhirnya si Jeffrey lah yang diperkosanya Adika dan Jeffrey capek lesu,sebelum diperkosa Jeffrey lari secepatnya.  Akhirnya Adika dan Maho menikah,pada malam pertamanya si Adika bertanya kepada Maho apakah Maho mencintainya. Maho pun menjawabnya dengan jawaban “I LOVE YOU HONEY MUACH” tentu saja Adika senang sekali, tetapi sewaktu bertanya tiba" ada seekor kecoak diatas kepala Jeffrey tersebut guling" diatas kepalanya sambil mengeluarkan taiknya diatas kepala Jeffrey tetapi Jeffrey masih saja belum bisa menerima kalo si Maho direbut oleh adika, lalu Jeffrey merebut kembali dari Adika lalu terjadi pertarungan yg hebat antara Jeffrey dan Adika demi merebut Maho ceria,jelek dan single. Winata, Benny, Michael menjadi saksi. Turun hujan deras ketika pertarungan, pertarungan pun berlangsung sangat sengit akhirnya Jeffrey menyerah demi Adika tetapi dia berniat selingkuh. Jeffrey tidak berselingkuh dan Winata masih saja melihat dari kejauhan  ternyata Jeffrey selingkuh dengan Benny ,ternyata selingkuhan Benny adalah Michael namun Jeffrey masih cinta Benny. Benny menikah dgn wanita cantik.Wanita cantik tersebut bernama Michael. Benny kemudian menjadi bhiksu selamanya, Benny bertapa dikelilingi cewek" hutan, cewek2 tersebut adalah siluman dan Benny tergoda oleh cewek" tersebut ,Benny bertapa lagi dan tidak tergoda ,kali ini dia digoda Maho. Benny bertapa lagi dan tidak tergoda lagi,akhirnya dia diperkosa oleh maho dengan brutal. Benny dilindungi perisai akhirnya Maho pun menyerah dan Benny mencapai penerangan sempurna nibbana menuju neraka untuk dihukum disiksa. Benny salah masuk neraka dan dia mintamaaf. Si Adika nangis karena Mahony direbut Michael dan terbentuklah cinta segiempat. Adika,Michael,Benny dan Jeffrey menjadi dewa namun Winata gilak ketawa karena mereka sedang berkhayal.
